We are sometimes so tied up with our own lives that we neglect the "big picture", ie: Our purpose here on earth... Having said that, it does prove to show that in times of sadness, sorrow and unhappiness, we would rather turn to the super natural forces, palmistry and horoscopes than putting our faith and believe in something more concrete like religion!

 

I would admit that sometimes when things do not turn out as expected, I tend to lose hope and trust for alot of things... In the one hand, I just want a quick justification for things that I claim as 'unexpected' or pure bad luck.... In the other hand, I know that there's no such thing as 'fate' predicting every aspect of my lives.... yet, it's the simple and plain truth that the human mind is so feeble and any patch of grass that's floating on sea would be cause enough for one to grasp on for dear life when one's drowning in deep sea... Ironic isn't it?

 

Is this an act of desperaton due to the fact that people do not want to uncover the plain truth because they know it will hurt them and therefore just making up excuses for their sorry lives? Or, is it to a certain degree, a punishment we inflict on ourselves as we bear the guilt of not having fully accomplished whatever we were suppose to/intended to do?

 

I am to a certain degree faced with a predicament in my present situation... I have my own problems that I wish would not be there... but, I do know that part of the problem is me myself! There are alot of things in my life that are beyond my control which makes me feel so succeptible and vulnerable that I feel to a certain degree, so lost. It does not help either that sometimes, bad memories from the past are haunting me ....  

 

An excerpt from a horoscope site I read about my star sign today....

 

Staring out my window, I can see the blue sky slowly being covered by gray clouds. The sun's warmth seems to be nothing but a distant memory as shadows envelops the land. Everything seems to be happening so fast that all I could remember next was a darkness all around me, and a chilly yet gentle breeze brushing against my face...

 

I proclaimed, "It is going to rain soon" as I took in another breath of rain-soaked air. In the moments before the actually down pour, I felt so serene, relaxed and calm... All past hurt and suffering that I have gone through throughout my past...  they've all become memories and it's because of these bitter-sweet memories that I am who I am today... From a distance, I can finally hear it, the rumbling thunder and the sound of heavy droplets falling from the heavens and into the plains of the earth... My surroundings vision started to become nothing but a blur rapidly and in a matter of seconds, tiny droplets of water carried by the wind covers my hands like mist in the morning...

 

I have come to realise that rain is not something that we should fear or dislike at all.... If not for the rain, there wouldn't be life here on earth to begin with! How I relate to this is that trials and tribulations make us experience life to it's fullest and it is a blessing in disguise as normally, after a heavy downpour, there is always a beautiful rainbow with clear blue skys!

 

Let the abundance of rain in our lives make each one of us truly experience life to the fullest!

Gemini Employee Profile (may 21 - june 21) Gemini employees can have difficulty concentrating on one thing for long periods of time. Sigh the annual haze season is hitting me pretty hard this year.... Normally it just gives me a slight headache or something but, this time around I'm starting to feel a sore throat coming up and to make matters worse, sometimes I 'forget' to drink enough water to reduce the 'heatiness' due to stress and a hectic schedule at work...

 

Anyway, I really dislike hazy days as you will feel the choking effect of the smoke particles in the air and even the burnt smell of haze!! Sigh, it's probably because I have a sensitive nose that probably adds to my list of woes... Hopefully we get to see sunny days ahead soon!! If only we could generate wind strong enough to blow the freaking haze back to where it came from!! hehe.... It's such a health hazard to us innocent people!

Gosh, it's embarassing but what the heck, I'll spill it all out here.... My darn stupid phone did it again!!! yeah, "OOOppssss... I did it again", says the stupid phone. What's the problem you ask?? Well, one major problem is that it turns off on it's own! And, this is the most weird behaviour that happened, I charged the batteries last night and this morning the battery's empty!

 

What the hell's going on with my stupid phone?!  Heck, I've already made up my mind, I'll dispose it ASAP.... Any takers? hehehe...

 

Ah well, who cares, I'll get a new one!!! So guys, any phones out in the market that you wanna recommend to me? Hmm... must have 3G capabilities, > 3.0 MegaPixel camera, mp3 ringtone and expandable memory slot... Okay, that's bout it.... Waiting for some response from you guys!

Mid-Week Updates...

 

Nothing much really, but I'd like to at least keep my promise or more like my commitment of at least filling up this page with some text so as to give a perception to viewers that I am actually 'active' in blogging! hehehe... I didn't know I can sound so lame even while blogging! Okay guys, don't get jealous you can crap all you want in your OWN BLOG! muahahahaha

 

Well, in a nutshell this is what I did the whole of today.... Ordered in chronological order:

Gym->ate breakfast in the car->checked mails in office->replied a zillion mails in office->work->more work->work again?->and some more work->and someone stop me from continuing this sentence 'work'->plugged the 'work' bug->bought a cake->drove home->ate Bak Kut Teh for dinner->celebrated my Parents Wedding Anniversary->oh and now I'm typing crap in my blog and you're actually reading it....

Hello peeps!!

 

It's been a while... I know, quite a long while I'd say... but you know me I'm such a bum when it comes to blogging! *looks around for blogger policemen* hehe... Ah well, as some of you might already know... I changed my hairstyle somewhat. Interestingly, it's interchangeable with my current style! Just love it when I can simply mess my hair and call it my new korean hairstyle or whatever.

Damn, this is my first Blog site!! I think it's kinda fun... but i'm not that savvy with these kinda stuff.... Hope you guys won't mind my 'empty' blog!! Ah, finally I get my own blog space... it feels a little different being in total control of what I can do and write in here.... muahahaha

 

Anyway, you guys better pay me a visit here ok? I'd love to hear ur comments on what a shitty job i did for this site! No worries, I'll maintain it with more crap as and when I can remember to write-in. Hasn't been a really good week fer me, but ain't gonna complain as long as there's the weekends to look forward to.... hmm.. it's tuesday and I'm already thinking of the weekends.... i'm such a bum!!

 

Gotta go!! I'll pen off fer now and update my blog when i'm bored or just want to write my mind off some stuff! Till then, cheerios and for those of you who are still reading.... You just made it to the last sentence of my first crappy journal!
